Customer Care

Customer care is top priority. Custom woodworking is our passion and we would not exist if it was for you. We want to make sure every product goes out our door with quality. We will look and listen to every question and concern. Normally we will get back to you within 24 hours. Emailing is the best way to reach us and when doing so leave a daytime or evening phone number, best time to reach you, and best day to call. *Privacy & Security*

We take precautions to protect your information. Your information is protected both online and offline when you submit sensitive information via the website or in any other form. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data, personal information, and shipping addresses), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar  next to reclaimednewengland.com.

If you decide to create a membership, we will not be able to view your credit/debit card information. That information in a single page, encrypted with only access from you with your password. We can only see your name, address, which items you have purchased, and when they were paid for.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only the owner of Reclaimed New England is granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. we use multi factor identification and strong passwords. having strong security is top priority for us in this day in age of fast technical advancement.

Information I Collect:

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Wholesale inquires will be considered on a case by case basis. Please remember we are a small company at the moment so producing thousands of a single item would take some time.  Please email us with any questions and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
