SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

 

HOW WE SHIP:

We base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from Connecticut). Items are normally shipped via USPS or FedEx within 1 to 2 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged.

Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES: ONLINE ORDERS

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). For example, If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th. Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date. Please note that all  custom work may not be returnable because it will be made for a particular person or company. Please email us for any questions in this regard.
 

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. We understand how frustrating these situations can be and will do our best to make the process as stress free as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS PICKED UP IN PERSON OR HAND DELIVERED:

These orders will be determined on a case by case basis. Please email us and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
